OPEN RATES

Routine work, normal hours, not requiring seal or rush: $75.00 hr.
Any work requiring seal or affidavit: $110.00 hr. $3,000.00 minimum.
Depositions or Testimony: $5,000 per appearance or occasion.
Normal hours November - April, Monday - Friday 9:00a - 4:00p.
Normal hours May - October, Monday - Friday 10:00a - 5:00p.
Overtime Nov - Apr: 7:00a - 9:00a or 4:00p - 6:00p, EST -- Time and one half.
Overtime Nov - Apr: 5:00a - 7:00a or 6:00p - 10:00p, EST -- Double time.
Overtime May - Oct: 8:00a - 10:00a or 5:00p - 7:00p, EDT -- Time and one half.
Overtime May - Oct: 6:00a - 8:00a or 7:00p - 10:00p, EDT -- Double time.
Maximum workday - twelve hours.
Travel - Above rates portal to portal plus IRS cents/mile and other expenses.
Overnight stay: $550.00 plus room plus above rates while working.
Holidays, federal and state and Sundays -- Double time.
Saturday, Triple time from 5:00p Friday until 10:00a Sunday. Minimum $1,000.00.
Whitehall Decoration Day, Tuesday before until Tuesday after, NOT AVAILABLE.
